If there is one European city I love the most, it has to be Amsterdam. While it has been some years since I last visited, it is one of those places that I have very fond memories of. From its frequently bizarre and always thrilling nightlife to its stunning beauty and diverse variety of attractions, Amsterdam really does offer something for everyone!
If there’s any kind of a downside to its diverse wealth of options, it’s that planning an itinerary for your city break can be a little overwhelming. Anne Frank’s house; the Heineken Experience is a must; you simply have to channel your inner Amsterdammer and take a cycle tour; then there’s the world-famous floating flower market, the Rijksmuseum, the canal cruises… how do you fit it all in?
Wouldn’t it be great if there was some kind of flowchart featuring all of Amsterdam’s biggest attractions to ease the decision-making process?
Well, as luck would have it, 365 Tickets has produced such a resource and I am happy to share it with you all as I think it could be a really useful tool for tailoring your own personal itinerary. I’ll certainly be using it myself when I plan my next trip!
Whether you’re looking to take in the city at your own pace and soak up its history, shop until you drop or lose yourself in its many iconic museums, the infographic below will help guide the way.
Have you ever been to Amsterdam? Are there any other attractions you would add to the list?
